Meow! My name is Ricky (MP)
Ricky (MP)'s Info...
|Breed:||Domestic Shorthair||Color:||Black (Mostly)||Age:||Young|
I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.
My name is Ricky, I am an adorable and friendly black kitten who is looking for a forever home. I LOVE to play with my brother, and with the adult cats that are also living with me. My mother said that black cats are sweeter, and if you give me a chance you will also agree with her. I am always trying to get my foster Mom’s attention; and for that I used many tricks I learned. My favorite one is put my front paws on her legs, and push myself over to sit on her lap. My foster Mom, who saved me, told us (me and my brother) that she found us near one of many Delis in town. There, I and my brother went every day looking for food. She spayed our mother and took us to her home. I was happy to learn that I wasn’t going to be hungry anymore. She also told me that she was an S.T.A.R.T. volunteer, and that her job was saving the animals. I was very HAPPY to find out that there are good people in this world that care so much about us. And we felt very fortunate that we (my brother and I) were rescue by the S.T.A.R.T. program.
Ricky is vaccinated, altered, FeLV/FIV tested negative and microchipped.

Rescue Group Info...
Save The Animals Rescue Team, (S.T.A.R.T.) is a non-profit humane organization, founded by Annette Lamberti, that rescues stray, abandoned, injured, and abused kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. The animals rescued are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and placed in one of our volunteer foster homes. Since S.T.A.R.T. does not have a shelter facility, these animals remain in our foster care until they are adopted. So many of these unfortunate animals are victims of pet overpopulation, therefore, this life-saving work is critical!!
It is our mission to prevent cruelty, promote spay/neuter, and to encourage awareness through education, while also teaching respect for all animals and the environment they live in. S.T.A.R.T. is a 501 (c)(3) private non-profit organization relying on and supported by tax-deductible donations, grants and group fund raising.
