LILLY's Story...
Lilly is a lovely 6 month old spayed female Jack Russell terrier with short legs.. She is tan and white with a smooth coat. Good with male dogs. A home with a fenced yard is a must. No kids under the age of 6 years, please. She is gentle and shy but will become more sure of herself when she gets to a new home with lots of love. She is crate trained. She has been heartworm tested, all shots are current, and she has been microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200. Since a Jack Russell is NOT a breed for everyone, go to the JRTCA website at and read about this feisty little dog. Then email JRRS at for an Application to Adopt. No inquiry will be processed without a completed application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LILLY, a Scottsdale Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
