Confetti's Story...
Lets party!!!!! I’m a pretty little lady on the go, I love to bounce and bark and play all day! I may be just a lapful of love, but my personality can outshine any 100 pound pooch. I do well with other dogs but will need a home without young children. I love car rides, am doing great with my crate training and I am super eager to learn other cool things like potty training and obedience. How about you come in and adopt me, then we’ll have a real reason to celebrate! 1 ½ years old- 9lbs. My adoption fee is $160 and includes; spay, microchip, 1 month pet health insurance, reduced cost training class, free vet exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Confetti, a Portland Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Portland, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
