Leah!'s Story...
Leah was just rescued from the shelter and needs a great home! Leah is a little pup! She is approx 4 mos old and only weighs 15lbs or so. She is pretty skinny and needs some TLC, but from what we have seen she is as sweet as can be! Leah is even looking for a fosterhome!

Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.com to learn more about our rescue group. We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so. The dogs shown on the site are in fostercare - we do not have a shelter to visit. Email is the best way to reach us - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leah!, a Sacramento Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
