Libby!'s Story...
Libby was just rescued from the shelter and needs a great home! Libby is a little pup! She is approx 3 mos old and weighs 13lbs or so. She could use some TLC, but from what we have seen she is as sweet as can be! Libby is even looking for a fosterhome!
UPDATE: Libby has shown to be the sweetest most friendly girl! She is well mannered but playful and gets along with everyone she meets! She loves chewing on rawhides and has no possession issues with any of the other dogs in her fosterhome. She likes playing with toys and fetching the ball.

Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.com to learn more about our rescue group. We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so. The dogs shown on the site are in fostercare - we do not have a shelter to visit. Email is the best way to reach us - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Libby!, a Sacramento Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
