Grommit's Story...
Grommit is about a year old, and is is a sweet, medium energy, smart dog. He bonds easily with people, and is house trained, knows how to use a doggie door, and rides great in the car. Grommit knows sit, down, stay, come and shake, he needs a little work on walking on a leash, but loves to jog beside you. Grommit is nice and quiet through the night, and will wait for you to wake up before he stirs from his bed. Grommit is very good with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and loves the dog park-he will make an excellent buddy for an existing dog. The only issues he has are that he is still a puppy, and will take shoes, socks, or anything chewable left lying on the floor or counters. Chew toys and dog puzzles will keep his young mind occupied and out of trouble. Grommit is neutered, micro chipped and current on his shots. ADOPTION FEE $150.00 Please email gina36909@hotmail.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grommit, a Palmdale Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Palmdale, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Palmdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palmdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palmdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palmdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
