Grace says, "Hi, I’m Gracey! I am about seven years young and have a lot of spunk in me. My foster mom says I am ruled by my stomach. She loves me though and tells everyone what a sweetie I am! I love to ride in the car. I also love hanging out in front of the fireplace, as long as nobody is in the kitchen cooking (remember the ‘ruled by my stomach’ thing J). I have a little person in the house with me and another dog. I was a little put off at first that I had to share space with another dog, but he ended up being okay. The little person has toys that I sometimes mistake as mine, but I am getting better at this. I am also starting to learn the ‘Drop it” command. I am completely housetrained and my foster mom says I have the softest fur and the prettiest feet ever. I like to go for walks but do not like the Dog Park. We socialize a lot in the neighborhood and so far I like everyone. I have even conquered my fear of bicycles and scooters! I bark to try to get my family to play. I like being chased when I have my toys and like playing fetch. I love being with people and am just looking for a permanent family that will love me as much as I can love them!" Note from Gracey’s foster mom: Gracey typically does not like other dogs at first. We have a beagle that she is fine with, but he was here when she got here. The adoption events are not fun for her due to all of the other dogs there. She LOVES the attention from all of the people and has been known to drop to her back and offer up her belly.
