Emmy: Blue Eyed Seal Point's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Emmy: Blue Eyed Seal Point's Story...
Emmy is a beautifil Seal Point/ Snowshoe mix with Sapphire Blue eyes. She is in foster care and doing very well with the other kittens, dogs and human visitors. We think she is about 3 years old, though her behaviors are quite kitten-like, so she may be younger. Would love a home with lots of cuddles! Children are fine with her too!! Requested donation is $75, to help us cover her vet care. She is FIV/FeLV negative, up to date on shots, spayed, dewormed and deflead. *** UPDATE: We believe that Emmy is partially blind, and we are therefore listing her as "special needs." She does not, however, need anything that a "normal cat" doesn't. Emmy is getting along just fine in our home! Transport to CT is available for an add'l $60.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emmy: Blue Eyed Seal Point, a Farmington Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Farmington, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Farmington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Farmington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Farmington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Farmington paves the way for another one to be saved.
