My story

TASHA HAS BEEN ADOPTED!Tasha is an unbelievably cute 16 week old, 12 pound, female Rat Terrier/Jack Russell/ mix. She was rescued from an overburdened pound in southern IL, with her three sisters. The pound was filling up and the family was due to be euthanized. We heard about their story and could not possibly let that happen, so we had them transferred to Chicago in hopes of finding them forever homes. Mama was three year old Jack Russell/Rat Terrier and it appears that daddy was a similar mix. Tasha is a fun, feisty and fearless pup that will be a great companion. She's quite the clown and loves to make her people laugh. She's also very affectionate and loving and is an all around good girl. She will be a great companion for anyone with the time and patience to raise a young pup. Tasha is only 12 pounds right now and is expected to be about 15-20 when fully grown. Her adoption donation is $350. This donation helps to cover their spay, initial worming and vaccines and microchip. Please email animaladoption@hotmail.com for an application or call (773) 615-9864. Most animals are in foster homes and animals in foster homes will be seen by appointment only.We are unable to hold an animal for any reason.
