Charlie is neutered, tested negative for felv/fiv and fully vaccinated and born around July 2008..
Charlie has very mild Cerebellar Hypoplasia. He walks like his back legs are stiff and he is marching. Otherwise, Charlie is a happy cat, and he rabbit hops around the house to play with the other cats. Charlie can climb onto furniture, but he does not jump onto the furniture, because of his CH.
**UPDATE** Charlie has learned how to jump onto end tables while here in his foster home. Despite his CH, he is a very active and capable cat. He still does not jump on counters, and probably never will be able to jump that high.
Charlie gets along well with other cats, and he enjoys stalking some of his roommates and wrestling with them. He loves to pay laser pointer, and he loves to chase mini tennis balls for hours. His favorite ones have a bell inside. Charlie is not a lap cat, he is not overly affectionate, and he does not care to be held, but he will hold his tail straight up and prance because he’s happy to see you.
Charlie is a medium-haired cat, but is able to groom himself, and he has no difficulties with a litter pan. He may need an occasional cleaning after he has used the litter pan due to the combination of longer hair and CH. He prefers an open pan with low sides that are easy for him to climb over. He has no special requirements for his food and water dishes, as long as they are always full.

About the Rescue Group
Our mission is to focus on having feral (wild) cats spayed and neutered to decrease overpopulation. We are very small and do not have a shelter but our cats and kittens are placed in foster homes. In the process of helping ferals, we come across cats and kittens who are friendly and placeable. These cats and kittens receive medical attention with the help of local veterinarians, and when ready, they are put up for adoption.
