Dawson and Pacey's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Dawson and Pacey's Story...
Dawson and Pacey are full breed silky terrier puppies. They were born on June 18, 2009. Two days later, on June 20, 2009, they were in a breeder auction with their 11 month old mother, Gidget. They are now 10 weeks old, they are neutered, wormed, are microchipped, have had all of their puppy shots and their mom has found her forever home so the boys are ready to go. They have natural tails. They both weigh about 3 1/2 pounds each and we estimate that their adult weight will be around 10 pounds, like their mom - perhaps a bit more since they are male. Despite their shaky and all too wrong beginnings, they are happy and healthy boys - ready to light up your life.

The adoption fee for Dawson or Pacey is $350. Each of our dogs is up to date on all shots, including rabies, spayed or neutered, microchipped, fecal tested for internal parasites, treated if necessary, tested for heartworm, treated if necessary, on heartworm preventative and we also take care of dentals or any other medical needs they may have.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dawson and Pacey, a House Springs Silky Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Silky Terrier for sale in House Springs, or seeking a Silky Terrier puppy from a breeder in House Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in House Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a House Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Silky Terrier breeders who help with Silky Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in House Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
