My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dooley lost his home when his family moved and did not take him with them. At 7 years old you would expect a dog to be just a little devastated at this desertion but, if he is, Dooley is hiding it well. He loves playing with the handlers and still has plenty of energy and fun to fool around. While Dooley likes to jump, he has the good dog-sense to keep his paws to himself. He likes to play games and returns toys, dropping them at the handlers’ feet. He has a nice mid-level energy that can be upbeat but relaxes easily and enjoys quiet petting, whilst having just enough independence that he doesn’t feel clingy. Dooley is a medium-large dog and sometimes pulls on the leash but generally he responds well to his name. Dooley is in move-in condition with no additional work required except for the usual maintenance and adjustments for personal taste. Come meet this great guy whose tail never stops wagging and face never stops smiling.
