Geena *Adoption Pending*'s Story...
Hi, my name is Geena. By luck, I was rescued from Maricopa County because some volunteers at NHCD were looking for a red pup that was going to be euthanized and they found me in their quest and Thank Goodness because I was due to be euthanized! They pulled Amber and me at the same time. Amber has already found her new forever home, lucky girl. I have a wonderful foster mom and dad and 2 foster playmates to have fun and run around with. The doggie play pool is a cool place to rest after playing in 100 degree weather. I am approximately 2 years old and full of energy. I am crate trained and potty trained. My foster family has a doggie door, but I am still too scared to go through it, but not to worry, I will get it soon. I love people and will give them kisses, if they let me. My foster family is teaching me not to jump on people, but I just get so excited sometimes and it is really hard to hold back. My favorite thing in the world is a rawhide bone. If you are looking for a fun loving and active furkid, please ask to meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Geena *Adoption Pending*, a Phoenix Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
