Buddy's Story...
I am a beautiful male maltse about 4 years old and weigh 8 ls. . I am the sweetest little dog I don't bark and I am very calm. I get along very well with other dogs. I am very curious about everything and like to explore my new home. My coat is soft, white with some apricot markings. He is going to be a great companion from what we have seen so far. I am working on my potty skills and coming along nicely. OH did we tell you he loves to prance? He is a dancer and enterainer to enjoy and snuggle up with. I should be hypo allergenic for any member of the family with allergies.

email us for an update as we are still evaluating him. .

Buddy has been examined by our vet ; had a 5/1 annual shot, a rabies shot and tag, dewormed, heartworm tested if over 6 months and passed, Spayed or Neutered before adoption. On flea/tick and heartworm monthly preventatives.

Placed in a loving volunteer foster home for socialization and further evaluation. We also do dentals if our vet deems it for our adoption fee amount. includes all the vetting above and his dental. He has healthy clean teeth now and will save you money down the road on a dental.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a North Benton Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in North Benton, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in North Benton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Benton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Benton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Benton paves the way for another one to be saved.
