Ida's Info...

Ida's Story...
***See this dog THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24 at Provident Bank, 1185 Sussex Turnpike, Randolph, NJ, 11 to 1 p.m for a special adoption with Friends of Randolph Animal Pound Special Kitten Adoption and dogs by Second Chance Pet Rescue ****

Ida is an adorable little ~30 pound mixed breed brought to an area shelter when her owner passed away. She is a sweet loyal little dog ready to devote herself to a new owner. She is very sweet and craves attention, and loves walks and car rides. She gets along with most dogs especially males but would be best in a home without cats. She is housebroken and well-mannered, and just looking for a calmer adult home and someone to love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ida, a Randolph German Shepherd Dog/Whippet dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Whippet for sale in Randolph, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Whippet dog from a breeder in Randolph.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Randolph already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Randolph breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Whippet breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Whippet rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Randolph paves the way for another one to be saved.
