Sierra's Story...
Sierra is a sweet, loving, gorgeous, silky kitten. Her favorite thing to do is chase tinker balls across the room, but she loves to settle down and curl up in someones lap. She's good with kids and is playful, but doesn't take her playing too far. She enjoys being held and is a very good little girl. Sierra's Mamma recently went to Petsmart and she has started to really come out of her shell. Sierra is destined to explore and is becoming more outgoing, and more interested in attention.

Sierra's Mom was taped in a box and left at a shelter after it closed. An employee opened the box to find an agressive cat, and she was schedueled for euthanasia. The next day, they opened the box to euthanise her, and she was delivering the 3rd of her kittens. She was given a cage to recouperate in. Our rescue picked her up the next day. Sierra, her brothers, and Mom have been living in the foster home. They were raised with children.

Sierra lives in a foster home in Gilbert and can be seen by appointment only. Her adoption donation is $95 and covers her spay surgery, FeLV/FIV negative test, 4-in-1 vaccine, and FeLV vaccine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sierra, a Mesa Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Mesa, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Mesa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mesa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mesa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mesa paves the way for another one to be saved.
