Gobi's Story...
Gobi is an adorable, playful boy. He is very playful and loves to chase all sorts of toys around the room. He's very sweet, doesn't mind being held, and is good with kids. Gobi's Mom recently went to Petsmart, and 3 stray kittens came to his foster home. He has really started to change! Gobi is as relaxed as a yogi master when being held, even on his back; loves to be petted; very "maternal" with the younger kittens; amazingly so. He is also VERY playful with the younger kittens.

Gobi's Mama was taped in a box and left at a shelter after it closed. An employee opened the box to find an agressive cat, and she was schedueled for euthanasia. The next day, they opened the box to euthanise her, and she was delivering the 3rd of her kittens. She was given a cage to recouperate in. Our rescue picked her up the next day. Gobi, his siblings, and Mom have been living in the foster home. They were raised with children.

Gobi has been raised in foster care and currently lives in Gilbert. He can be seen by appointment only. His adoption donation is $95 and fully refundable within 30 days. He is neutered, FeLV/FIV tested negative, reveived a 4-in-1 vaccine and and FeLV vaccine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gobi, a Mesa Hemingway/Polydactyl kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hemingway/Polydactyl for sale in Mesa, or seeking a Hemingway/Polydactyl kitten from a breeder in Mesa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mesa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mesa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hemingway/Polydactyl breeders who help with Hemingway/Polydactyl rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mesa paves the way for another one to be saved.
