Buster's Story...
Buster is a tabby/white 7 month old Manx. He is very sweet and loves to play. He has "breakdancing" moves. Buster would love to go home with his best friend Petey. Read the Buster and Petey story below

The Story of Petey and Buster
Petey was rescued by Cats Angels as a kitten. He was turned in with a broken leg. Petey had surgery and was confined to cage rest – he was bored. A little Manx kitten (Buster) was in the cage next to him. Buster had been trapped and at the time, volunteers did not know if he was feral, which is why he has a notch on his ear. Buster was bored in his cage so they were placed together in one large cage. It was if Buster took care of Petey while he recuperated . They have become the best of friends. They groom each other, sleep together and when they play, it is very amusing. If you have room in your home for two cats, they would love you forever. Buster and Petey have become “the favorites” of Cats Angels volunteers and our hope is they can live in a loving home and grow old together. Both are approximately 7-8 months old and they love everyone and everything! Both are very sweet and very flexible.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buster, a Fernandina Beach Manx cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Manx for sale in Fernandina Beach, or seeking a Manx cat from a breeder in Fernandina Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fernandina Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fernandina Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Manx breeders who help with Manx rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fernandina Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
