Skeeter's Story...
Meet Skeeter! He is a 2 year old german shepherd/husky mix. He is the sweetest dog in the world! He is neutered and up to date on shots. He is house-trained, and good on a leash. He knows basic commands- sit, shake, lay down. He loves to play also. He does have an issue with staying in the yard though. If he can't get over the fence, he will dig under. He doesn't like to be contained and has a destructive attitude when left alone. He does fine in a kennel, but loves to get out and run.

We are looking for someone who has experience with these breeds, and may be able to help him with his issues. Please let us know if you think you are that person. We want him to be safe, without having to spend the rest of his life on a chain.

Please email for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Skeeter, a Twin Falls Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Twin Falls, or seeking a Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Twin Falls.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Twin Falls already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Twin Falls breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Husky/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Twin Falls paves the way for another one to be saved.
