My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hendrix is such a very sweet boy! He is just around 2 1/2 years old and weighs in at around 50 lbs. Hendrix came to us very bald due to a severe case of demodectic mange. But since he really has come a very long way. He has grown back a lot of hair, but has lots more to grow still. Over time he will get more hair back. But his skin and him looks amazing now. Hendrix is great with other dogs and loves everyone he meets. He is low to medium energy and is such a gentleman. You are so going to fall in love with Hendrix soon as you meet him!

UPDATE ~ We aren't sure of this sweetheart's breed mix, but over time, we've begun to think that it's possible his lack of hair on his body is related to his breed mix.....which MIGHT be Chinese Crested. We have no idea, but we don't think it's totally outside the realm of possibility.

This pup is in CT and waiting to find their forever home!! If you are interested in adopting this pup, please email your adoption coordinator to set up a meet. You can also apply online on our website, but you must be pre-approved before setting up an appointment to adopt.

The adoption fee is $450 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog has tested negative for heartworms.

If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Sunday between 9am - 11am. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.

TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get a confirmation. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back.

After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.
