Come see us Sunday, November 8th from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Petco Adoption Event. Meet Maynard, and other cats and kittens available for adoption, at the Petco store at 2129 South Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302, just north of Square Lake Rd. Adopt a new family member!

Maynard and his littermates (Murphy and China Doll) were born July 23, 2009. Their mama was turned into Animal Control when she was very pregnant. A shelter is no place for newborns so PFL rescued mama cat and sent her to foster care. She took wonderful care of her kittens and they are now old enough to find homes of their own. Maynard is sweet, spunky and playful. He loves to wrestle with his siblings and to play with cat toys. He also has a loving, cuddly side too. Maynard is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, litterbox trained and ready to find a lifelong, loving home of his own. Adoption fee: $100. Adopt a pair: $150.

Adoption Process:
Send an email to info@pawsforliferescue.org to tell us which pet you're interested in and we'll send you a questionnaire that will help us make the best match for you and your new pet. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the two-week trial run with the pet as part of your family. This is a trial period to give your dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the trial time and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
