When he looks up at you with those gorgeous green eyes, you can't help but smile. And behind his charming good looks, is sugary sweet personality-- he loves everyone and everything! He needs a little help with house training, but he is a very smart boy and will learn quickly! Spencer is a Border Collie mix, so he needs a home with a big yard where he can run around. He loves people so much that he also needs a family who can spend time with him throughout the day.
