Tater's Story...
Mmmmmmmm… Tater tots… Onion rings… Pizza and fries!!! Oh man I love those empty calories!!! That’s why they call me Tater! Not only do I love tater tots, but I’m shaped like one too! OK, OK, so I could lose a few pounds… Not such a big deal, right? I just need to lose a few pounds, eat a healthy diet to improve my skin and coat and other than that I’m good as gold! I walk nicely on a leash, I love other canines, and I’m friendly to humans too. I’m just a little wary of new people at times, but I warm up as soon as I realize you’re a friend. So I must say I need a family with children 10 and over since I can be wary if new people, OK? I know some basic commands, I am crate trained and I love to play! So, do you wanna be friends? 5 years old-31lbs.-English Bulldog/Corgi/American Eskimo Dog Mix. My adoption fee is $160 and includes; neuter, microchip, reduced cost training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, toy & Treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tater, a Portland English Bulldog/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog/Corgi for sale in Portland, or seeking a English Bulldog/Corgi dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog/Corgi breeders who help with English Bulldog/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
