Maggie von Mittwoch's Story...
Maggie von Mittwoch is the most delightful and sweet 6 month old German Shepherd mix you will meet. She is the biggest cuddle bug you can find and loves crawling in your lap and kiss you non stop. You can see on her pictures what a cutie pie she is, such a pretty little face. She will be medium size when fully grown, we think no more than 50-60 pounds. She's great with other dogs and even shared a huge crate with 2 other pups for a little while during our adoptions. We see Maggie as the perfect pet for a family with kids, she's your typical wonderful family dog. Maggie is looking for someone who will enjoy her loving personality and doesn't mind a "slightly larger lap-dog".

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie von Mittwoch, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
