Chase's Story...
Chase is a high-energy, happy and fun, fawn and white one-to two-year-old, 50-pound, male Husky/Am Staff-mix looking for a loving home. Chase was found as a stray and is extremely friendly with people. He loves to give hugs and gives the silliest expressions that will make you laugh. He does not seem to mind other dogs. He would do best with a patient dog-lover with the time and energy to exercise and train a young strong dog. He is healthy, up to date on vaccines and heartworm-tested. He is scheduled to be neutered next week.

To meet and possibly adopt happy Chase, please contact his rescuer Melia at melia88@comcast.net or 708-224-1900. His adoption fee of $200 benefits rescued pets.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chase, a Chicago Siberian Husky/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Siberian Husky/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Siberian Husky/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
