Ramone's Story...
Hi
My name is Ramone. I was found in a middle school were kids were kicking me and yelling at me. I was found by Hope my owner and my foster mom Crystal. They rescued me from a slow and painful death. I was taken immedialtley into the vet were I was diagnosed with a staff infection, parvo, and scabbies. I was very sick but still very playful. I am now at the shelter with Hope and I will soon be getting a new playmate. I am about 5 months old and I love to play and be with you. My mom, Hope, Has very high expectations of what kind of home I need. Please call and come and see me. I am in desperate need of a home. I will be fixed on April-12-2005 and I got my first shots on March-29-2005. I can leave the same day as my surgery.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ramone, a Corpus Christi Golden Retriever/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Beagle for sale in Corpus Christi, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Beagle dog from a breeder in Corpus Christi.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Corpus Christi already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Corpus Christi breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Beagle breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Corpus Christi paves the way for another one to be saved.
