Howie's Story...
A little camera shy, this sweet boy gave us a few good pics. Howie is a very gentle, shy, boy who wants nothing more than to have a home of his own. Found running the streets he was lucky to be surviving the heat. He loves to go for walks, listens well, loves a good scratch on the head or belly, and just loves chillin' with you. When you look into his eyes you can see his unconditional love. He just wants to find a quite home to chill in. Call the shelter for more info. or email paulakay99@yahoo.com. . . . you won't regret it.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Howie, a Fair Oaks Ranch Golden Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Fair Oaks Ranch, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Fair Oaks Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fair Oaks Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fair Oaks Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fair Oaks Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
