Daisy's Story...
NOTE FROM DAISY'S FOSTER HOME: "Daisy is very sweet and kind. She is petite and always neat and tidy! A wonderful feline!"

Hello- I'm DAISY! I can't wait to meet YOU! I am approx. 1 year young (as of 10/2009). I am spayed, up to date on shots, tested negative for both FIV and FeLv (feline leukemia) and I am fully housetrained/litterbox trained. I have also been treated for the prevention of ear mites, fleas and worms.

I am sweet and loving! I am SO thankful to have been rescued by Advocates 4 Animals Rescue group. I was a stray living in a neighborhood trying to survive all on my own...it was scary and I was very hungry and lonley. Now I am happy and healthy...just searching for a nice home to call my very own fur-ever!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Xenia Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Xenia, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Xenia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Xenia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Xenia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Xenia paves the way for another one to be saved.
