Jo Jo's Story...
JoJo was found as a stray on the street sleeping under a car! (See picture.) She was very thin and had a bad skin condition. A compassionate woman took her in and brought her back to full health. Her skin is fully healed, and her beautiful brindle coat has grown back. JoJo is not very big - perhaps 30 lbs. She is a very sweet dog, and look at those soft eyes! She is not out of trouble yet, however - she needs a home to call her own. JoJo has come so far, but her benefactor cannot keep her much longer. If you might be the last step in JoJo's journey, contact discardedmiracles@gmail.com to set up a meeting.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jo Jo, a Los Alamitos Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Los Alamitos, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Los Alamitos.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Alamitos already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Alamitos breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Alamitos paves the way for another one to be saved.
