Well, hello there! Thanks for stopping by to check me out. My name is Sybil, and I’m really hoping you’ll like me enough to come down and meet me in person…or, in cat! I’m a beautiful, long-haired, 2-year-old girl with a lot of love to give some lucky person or family. I’m a bit reserved, but I love attention and will happily come over and visit if you seek me out. I'm a volunteer favorite here at MaxFund; but so far, no one has adopted me, which is baffling to the folks here.

I have to say, I’m pretty sad that I’m here at MaxFund and not in a loving home. I was in a home, but my owner abandoned me. Luckily, my owner’s neighbor took me in and took care of me for a couple of months. I’m not sure why I couldn’t stay there, but I am glad I have another chance at happiness – hopefully with you!

I know you’ll love me when you get to know me. I’m easygoing, sweet, friendly, playful, receptive to brushing and petting, and good with other cats and all types of people. I'm good with kids. In fact, I went in the adoption van to the park one day, and lots of kids came to visit. I rubbed up on my cage and was great with them. Sadly, no one adopted me though. That must mean I'm supposed to go with you, right? I’m not sure about dogs, but I might be willing to give a nice, gentle one a shot. Might I be the perfect companion for you? I promise I will give you all of the love in my heart – and that’s a lot of love, trust me!
