Celine's Info...
| Breed: | Domestic Shorthair | Color: | Brown Tabby | Age: | Adult |
| Sex: | Female | Hair: | Short |
I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with cats.
DOB September 1, 2008. Celine is a sweet girl who will be a great companion for her loving, forever family. She gets along well with other cats and would do especially well to be adopted with an affectionate feline, or a kitten as she is a very nurturing sort of girl. She loves to be patted and will walk in circles around you getting stroked. She even loves to be brushed, which is a good thing as she has a gorgeous thick coat.
Celine is a very curious kitty who likes to play peek-a-boo in windows, and she would do well in most homes with a bed they can offer her to sleep in. She wouldn't do well in a really hectic home as sometimes loud sounds or shadows startle her.

Rescue Group Info...
Toronto Cat Rescue is a no-kill, non-profit, 100% volunteer group. TCR helps find homes for homeless, abandoned, sick or injured cats, as well as helps cats escape situations of abuse, neglect, or imminent euthanasia. TCR relies on volunteers to foster cats in their homes until a cat lover comes along to adopt them, so we know the cats personalities in a home setting! TCR saves cats from Toronto, GTA & Kitchener area.
Decided on the kitty you would like to adopt? Please call the TCR Hotline - 416-538-8592 (press 1 for adoptions and leave a message) or email: tcr.adoptions@gmail.com for a pre-adoption interview.
An adoption coordinator will return your call and give you more details about the cat you are interested in and ask some questions about your home to make sure the cat will be a "purr-fect" fit. We are happy to answer any questions you may have as well.
Next you will be supplied with the foster home address to have a meet and greet with your kitty. If both parties are happy, you can sign the TCR Contract of Adoption, pay the adoption fee and take your kitty home with you (in a safe carrying case).
Adoption fee is $175 per cat. This ensures that the cats that come into our care receive the attention they need, are spayed or neutered, and receive a rabies vaccination at the appropriate age. It also includes 6 weeks of free pet insurance. As you can imagine, these fees only begin to cover our costs; donations and ongoing fundraising efforts carry us the rest of the way!
