Dawn's Story...
Meet Dawn and Dylan:  Dawn is the tiny silver beauty with the Don King hair...we named her Dawn Queen!  Her long time boyfriend is sweet-spirited Dylan.

Dylan is a Chihuahua, and Dawn appears to be a Chihuahua/mini-poodle mix. Each of them weighs about 5 pounds.  They are around 14 years old and have always been together, so they need to be adopted into the same home.  Theirs was a happy love story until their owner passed away and the family dumped them at the South Central Shelter.

They are awesome little dogs!  They are very healthy, extremely affectionate, amazingly agile and very active and playful.  They are good with other dogs, and we suspect they would do very well with cats too.  They are microchipped, spayed/neutered and up to date on shots.  There is a $200 adoption fee which covers both of them.

If you would like more information, or to arrange to meet them, please call Debra (310) 546-7380 or email DSuard@adelphia.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dawn, a El Segundo Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup)/Chihuahua for sale in El Segundo, or seeking a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in El Segundo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Segundo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Segundo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Segundo paves the way for another one to be saved.
