My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lily is a 1 year old Black Lab mix.  Her owners would not like to part with her, but are moving where she can't come. They said she is good with everyone, dogs, cats, and kids. She has been around kids from 17 months on up. When Lily was younger, around 6 months, she suffered a broken elbow. Due to the severity of the break & suspected nerve damage, her front leg was amputated. Her owners said this hasn't slowed her down any at all! She still runs like she has 4 legs. And she can play fetch like she still has all 4 legs, too!   ADOPTION FEE $60 This pet has not yet been spayed/neutered. The adopter is required to sign an agreement that they will have this done, and will receive a $25.00 sterilization rebate to help defray the cost.

Potential adopters are required to fill out an adoption application. The application will be e-mailed upon request or can be filled out in person, at the shelter, during open hours.
