My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Hi, I'm Bucky. Boy, am I glad to be out of that pen in the backyard ! I started life as a member of the family, living in the house. Then one day my humans looked at me and said, 'Your legs are getting too long. We don't want you in our house anymore.' So they put me in this pen in the yard and stopped playing with me. I couldn't understand what was wrong. But now I have been rescued and have been to the Vet and get plenty of food and clean water every day. It sure is a lot nicer here but I still want a family of my own. I miss living inside with my humans, too. They say I am really cute and just need to be taught a few basic manners. I bet I could learn them real quick. If you think I'm cute, too won't you take me home ?"

Bucky is such a sweet boy and so soft to touch. He just needs lots of love and patient training. This fellow would love to share his life with a family, live in the house with them and have a fenced yard to play in.
Bucky weighs approx. 25# ; is a Dachshund mix and approx. 1-1 1/2 yrs old.
