Sammy's Story...
My name is Sammy. Some call me Sam the Sham, Sammy Southpaw, Sam Like it Hot, Sammy Got Six. I was found in a feral colony of my "bruthas" but I AM domesticated. Wish I could tell you where I came from but these lips don't speak. I am a polydactil (I think I spelled that correct) which mean I have six toes, hence the name. The guy who took my picture did something to my eyes; I do look much better than that. Really though, I am very affectionate and love to sleep with you. Take me home and you will see.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sammy, a Yorba Linda Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Yorba Linda, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Yorba Linda.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yorba Linda already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yorba Linda breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yorba Linda paves the way for another one to be saved.
