My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is a super nice, super sweet guy. He is young, agile, playful, fun, attentive and loving. He loves to play with other dogs, and sleep in a doggie bed by his person.

Max is not too small and fragile, but neither is he very big. Max would do best in a home that is stable and steady. When he ended up at the shelter, he was so thin, scared to death, and diagnosed with heart worms.

Max has since been treated for heartworms, gained weight, and is growing in a thick, beautiful coat. Max is now in excellent health and ready for his new home and family.
If you are interested in adopting Max, please email PomRescue911@aol.com and we will tell you all about this awesome boy.

We prefer a Pom or Spitz experienced home. Max is already microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, neutered, treated for heartworms, and started on monthly heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention. Max will come with one years worth of Heart Guard that Spartanburg Humane Society generously donated along with his medical treatments. He also comes with his toys, new collar, and a leash.

Please email Pomrescue911@aol.com for an Adoption Questionnaire.
