Izzy's Story...
Izzy is about 16 weeks old and one of the cutest pups we have ever been blessed to help---she dances with delight whether it is to say hello or at treat time or it is time to go fro the morning swim about.....just a bundle of joy that radiates laughter into your life. It did not start out that way when we received Izzy at only 5 weeks of age---she had just been mauled by another large dog in a park but it did not break this tiny pups spirit. She mended well except she has a couple of crooks in her tail but that gives her character. Izzy is well socialized..loves to swim and is a motorboat in the water...loves to play tug of war with her rescue mates....or to snatch a tennis ball and run for the chase...Please email milne 7896 for an application to meet Ms. Izzy....Donation 150.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Izzy, a Sacramento American Staffordshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
