Zander's Story...
Puppy puppy, who loves a puppy? Well, everyone of course!! Who can resist a cute, snuggly, wiggly puppy! Well I really want to be one, I am shy right now so I will need a little patience to come out of my shell. So if you are on the hunt for a friend in the form of a little Lab mix puppy then your journey ends here- or I should say your journey starts here- cuz I am only looking to score myself a life long commitment. I want our new journey to last forever…. So what do you say, are you ready to love me, train me and be my BFF? My adoption fee is $260 and includes; reduced cost neuter and $25 rebate, microchip, reduced cost training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, new leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zander, a Portland Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Portland, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
