Gonzo's Story...
Hi! I'm little Bear! I'm a 15 -20 lb sweetheart who needs a forever home. I am almost 1 year old now. My petparents didn't have any time for me so I ended up at the shelter. . I am neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, housetrained and I get along great with other dogs. I was so confused at the shelter and then went to my foster mom who took good care of me. Then I ended up in a new home where I had some issues. I started to resource guard and had issues with my new parents. They returned me due to confrontation. I am back with my foster learning new rules and I am doing better. I really can be a good boy but do need help when it comes to sharing. I need an owner who has can work with me and help me turn into a fine young dog. I Have lots of energy and will try to please but need clear direction. If you would like to meet me please call Ruth at 718-809-7628 . I am eager to meet and we can all discuss the possibility of me joing you and bringing you much happiness. Please help save me and make feel comfortable in a forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gonzo, a Brooklyn Pomeranian/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Chihuahua for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Pomeranian/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pomeranian/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
