Skittles's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Skittles's Story...
Skittles came into rescue as a tiny orphaned baby. Luckily, we had a nursing mama kitty who accepted her. When she was a teenager, Skittles had to have an eye removed due to a severe infection. Having only one eye has not slowed her down a bit! Skittles is active and outgoing. Even though she is a mixed breed, the Bengal in her heritage shows up in her spots, and most especially in her personality. With proper introduction, she gets along very well with dogs and other cats. For more information about Skittles, contact her foster family at marymak30707@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Skittles, a Chattanooga Bengal cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bengal for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Bengal cat from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bengal breeders who help with Bengal rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
