Kilmer's Story...
Kilmer came to from a shelter where he did not have much of a chance to be adopted. He is so happy to be at his AAL foster home. His foster mom told him he will get a great new home and he is very excited.

Kilmer is a terrific Lab mix who is great with other dogs and loves both men and women. He is also wonderful with kids and loves to play.

Kilmer would love to find a home that will love his medium energy level and will throw a ball for him to fetch or take him on jogs or walks. He loves to be a companion boy and revels in the attention.

Kilmer is neutered and up to date on his vaccines and is heartworm negative. Please apply for this wonderful dog today!

"No man can be condemned for owning a dog.
As long as he has a dog, he has a friend;
and the poorer he gets, the better friend he has."

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kilmer, a Boston Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Boston, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Boston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boston paves the way for another one to be saved.
