Peanut is a darling ~1 year old purebred shih tzu looking for a home. While initially shy in new situations, after only a few hours in his foster home be blossomed into an outgoing, happy-go-lucky playful little guy. He loves attention from people and gets along great with the 2 dogs he is currently living with. He is very puppyish and playful, but also enjoys just snuggling on your lap and watching tv. Little Peanut is only about 10 pounds full grown. Peanut will be a fantastic companion in a home where he will be appreciated and can get a lot of attention. We do not have a shelter- all our pets are in foster homes or boarding kennels and can be seen by appointment only during the week, or at our weekly pet adoptions every Sunday at the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains from 12:30 to 3PM at 3009 Route 10 East next to 5 Star Car Wash (formerly Boulder Car Wash).
