Casper Adopted's Story...
I was adopted. I went to visit my new family and they loved me. I checked out everyone and let them love on me then I checked out the house, MY house. I will have pictures later!

They could not resist my Westie Charms. I am one lucky pup! Thanks WRNT for finding me the perfect home.

Casper the happy and friendly Westie

Adopted 11/12/09 Fostered 16 days

Hi, my name is Casper. I am about 2 or 3 years old. I am very sweet and loving. I am a tall guy and weighs in about 19 pounds. Just a good looking Westie. I am neutered and up to date on all my shots. Oh, I am micro-chipped too, whatever that is. I was a little dirty when WRNT got me, but I am a clean boy now!

I am laid back and a big snuggler. I like to play with all the other dogs at my foster home. There is a puppy here and I have been very tolerant and patient with him. My foster mom says I win the all around award for a "good canine citizen”. I have good dinner-time manners. I wait patiently for my food, eat eagerly, and respect everyone else's space. I also walk well on a leash.

If you are looking for a good looking, good sized Westie, just go to the WRNT web site and fill out an on line Adoption Application.

I’ll be waiting with lots of Westie hugs and kisses………………….Casper

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Casper Adopted, a Frisco Westie, West Highland White Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Westie, West Highland White Terrier for sale in Frisco, or seeking a Westie, West Highland White Terrier dog from a breeder in Frisco.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frisco already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frisco breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Westie, West Highland White Terrier breeders who help with Westie, West Highland White Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frisco paves the way for another one to be saved.
