Drake's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Drake's Story...
Drake is a cute loving grey and white kitten who came from a Trap Neuter Return project in Harleysville. He fit into our household quickly, playing with the other 3 kittens we are fostering. He loves to run around and play with other kittens but also will come up for a cuddle. Drake is very playful and is always improvising toys from household objects.

He has been fostered in a house with other kittens and cats. We also have two young children. I think he would fit into a household with other cats or kids.

He has some tabby markings but also has some white spots on his back which gives him a distinctive coat. He has been neutered and is up to date on his shots. He is FeLV and FIV negative. His estimated date of birth is 7/9/2009.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Drake, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
