Hi! I'm Dozer the Bulldog! I just turned 1 year old in October and I need a new home. I'm a very cute, sweet puppy-ish guy. I love to PLAY! I would love a nice sister doggie to play with, please. I am on allergy medicine for my skin and will need someone to continue giving that to me so I'm not itchy and miserable. I had a bad staph infection when I came into rescue and some patchy hair loss, but between my antibiotics and allergy medicine my hair is growing back in! I am a good boy and go potty outside. I love kids as long as they know how to be gentle and nice to pets. I'm a whole lot of fun and have lots of love to give.
Since I'm a young boy, a home where I'm not alone all day would be the can't expect me to hold it all day long without going potty, right?
Love, Dozer

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dozer, a San Diego English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog for sale in San Diego, or seeking a English Bulldog dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
