Millie's Story...
Here I am - the perfect dog for you! My name is Millie and I'm one of the best dogs you will ever meet, just ask me!

I'm about 2 years old (11/1/2009), weigh about 35 pounds, and I love everyone and every thing! Kids, dogs, cats, adults; doesn't matter to me!

I'm very quiet in the house and as you can see by my picture, my favorite place to be is on the couch! I'm housetrained and leash trained - just out and out a great girl!

I am going to be treated for heartworms on 11/16/09, but I should recover from that just fine - so don't let that stop you from meeting me! I've been spayed, am up to date with vaccinations, and am monthly flea/tick prevention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Millie, a Wake Forest Boxer/English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/English Bulldog for sale in Wake Forest, or seeking a Boxer/English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Wake Forest.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wake Forest already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wake Forest breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/English Bulldog breeders who help with Boxer/English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wake Forest paves the way for another one to be saved.
