Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oliver looks to be 2 to 3 years old. Just the perfect age, especially for this breed. Rat Terriers are highly intelligent not to mention very active little dogs. Once they get over the hump of the puppy and adolescent stage of their lives they usually turn into wonderful loyal companions. Oliver seems to have reached that milestone and has been a wonderful guest in his foster home. He was not neutered prior to coming into rescue so there is a little bit of testosterone to work through but nothing that won't go away. Oliver gets along with the other dogs and the cats in his foster home. A fenced yard will be required for Oliver as he is a runner.
