Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Richie von Gardiner is a charming 3 year old German Shepherd with a touch of Lab. Richie spent two weeks with one of our trainers, getting a refresher course on his training. He has his basic commands down and he is housebroken. It is the first time one of our trainers told us that one of our dogs was “cool” and he wishes he had room to keep him. He had the best time with Richie, he went everywhere with him. Richie is a wonderful dog, he comes with a session with our trainer, just to make sure the transition to his new home goes well. Richie is very affectionate, but on the other hand he is a good watch dog and family protector. He's good with other dogs but is a more alpha personality so if he goes to a home with other dogs they need to be more submissive. He would do best in an adult family. Unfortunately Richie considers cats as squeaky toys so a cat free home is a must for this boy. He is all charm but at the same time he has a strong personality and a confident owner is a must for him - someone who will let Richie know his place in the pack. Meeting him is falling in love with him, he's a definite charmer!
