My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Fabio! He is absolutely fabulous! He was brought to our vet clinic as a stray. He has tested negative for heartworms and has received all his vaccinations. While staying at the clinic to overcome malnourishment, he has been neutered. He also had a large mass of scar tissue removed from his side, (The vet thinks it is from a gun shot wound!!). This is VERY sad because he is only about 7 months old and this was an old wound! Fabio has been around some other dogs and seems to do well with them. He also shows no sign of food aggression (Including Greenies!).

Fabio will need some obedience training and may do ok with cats, but will need careful introductions and supervision to make it work. He has done well with house training and has been crate trained.

He should be enrolled in a basic obedience class now while young. He listens quite well for a puppy and seems highly motivated to learn.

Fabio can be placed with a friendly female or as an only dog, but should probably not be placed with other males dogs just to be cautious.

Fabio will not be available for adoption for another 2 weeks as he is still recouperating from his trauma, but we will be taking applications right away. Please don't hesitate to contact Sandra at 720-988-7749 or email to mail@sandratanzberger.com to apply for this beautilful little boy.
