My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there everyone, I’m Ally! So the first thing I always hear when people meet me is, “I can see she’s a yellow lab, but what else is she mixed with”. The truth is, none of us know, but I do occasionally howl like a beagle, so that is always possible and other people think other breeds, but whatever it is, does it really matter as long as I am the best and sweetest dog ever?!?! According to the vets that have examined me, I am about one year old. So I have a long life ahead of me and I am told it is going to be the best ever once I find my perfect forever family. I was rescued from Thyme and Sage Ranch where I was just one of over 300 dogs. The woman was trying to get me back, so I have been in court custody since May. Finally, I have been released and I am actively searching for my forever family. I have quite a bit of energy so I need an active family. I love to play ball so anyone that can “pitch” the ball would be great and then I will be the catcher or the fetcher! I also LOVE to carry things around in my mouth so you must have toys…as you can see from my picture, I don’t necessarily know the difference between a dog toy and a human tool, so you may have to teach me that I can’t carry around everything. I need to be kept busy and have my brain challenged so maybe you could take me to doggie school. I am a very smart girl so I am sure I would catch on quick! I think I will make a great addition to any active and loving home! Hopefully it’s yours! Playfully yours, Ally
